At the entrance at street level, guests will find a small mud-room and ski storage area. The front door for the condo is on the second floor and opens up to a long, light and open living area centered around a gas fireplace and backlit by large windows and views of the waterfall and iconic Ajax Peak! A HIGHLIGHT of this home is the private balcony just off the living room that is ground zero for morning mountain coffee and apre' cocktails enhanced by some of the best views in town! The second half of this main area is a brightly lit and well appointed kitchen accompanied by a long dining table with seating for 6 to 8 people.
SECOND FLOOR:
The next level has a bedroom on both the east and western aspect of the home. The east bedroom has two twin beds and massive mountain views along with a private ensuite bath with a walk in shower. There is a full shared bath on this level with a tub / shower combo. The western bedroom can be considered a second primary bedroom with a king bed, stacked laundry and wall mounted TV.
THIRD FLOOR:
The top level of this condo has large skylights and epic mountain views! There is a flex space with a single bed and trundle bed and cozy sitting area. The master bedroom here has a king bed, private ensuite bath with walk in STEAM shower and ample storage space.
